gosh, hAte that stiNging pain. In office now, 1 more hr to go! Real glad for that! :)
Anyway, i was compelled to read a book on relationships (and do a bk review on it)..so i picked the slimmest bk i cd find. It was titled Just Good Friends ..thot it was just a romance bk (hate those)..but after speed readin it, i was proved wrong. It's interesting though, how it talks bout the different perceptions guys/girls have..Kinda provocative..u know, the sort that stirs u to dig deeper. Differences keep ppl together..Hmm..i paused on that one. lAUghs..kind of true isn't it? If life's just a bed of roses, there wdn't be a need for a heaven. Hmm, so thank God for all those rollar-coaster rides here n tHere..
(Ok, 40mins more) The past wk's been ok. Took MC last tues to suntan @ siloso. The weather was gorgeous! Fri was Deepavali, watched 2 movies: Intolerable Cruelty & the RunDown. Supp to watch Kill Bill with lEwis, but guess what, we got cHecked! It was pretty much my fault, was fumbling with my IC..n we were brought back to the tics booth. THankfully, the guy changed tics for us. Was embarassed enough though. Went to meet sam after, n played arcade. Sat breezed past, and on sun, I went town after svc. Went to eat Tim Sum! It was served on those conveyor belts (like sushi)..cool concept. You should give it a try - it's @ Pacific Plaza, lv 3.
(20mins..waitiNgx2)..counting down the time..watchin the Park with sam & meiling later. Havent done anything the whole day..Monday blues I guess. Just can't wait to leave! HMm..maybe I shdn't wait huh?(devil pops up on my left)..it's not even 6pm yet!(angel on my right)...it's just 10mins++(devilish laugh..hehehe)...u naughty girl!(a shout from my right)...

bOo!..
Hi! Finally got my new message board up! Just found it...so still kinda fixing the style. Really trying to find the time to do my website...but work's been piling up. SIgHz. My boss has been trying to get us to stay till min. 8pm every-day! Feel like a nerd u know..interacting with only me n my com for like close to 11 hrs everyday! But this job gives good experience i guess. Well..for ppl who don't know...i'm working for WizLearn, a startup by NUS. Doing the version8 for NUS's IVLE now..deadline's in dec..n i don't quite see how we can make it in time. Anyway, i'm looking forward to year end! Planning to go for the diving trip in Nov at Pulau Aur..going with some SIM students..trying to psycho sam to go..Meiling's goin, but she's taking advanced, while i have to start with open waters..sigHz..well, at least i'm starting somewhere..Anyone takers? gRiNz..was wondering how it'll be like...coz it's gonna be monsoon soon..what if i don't make it back up? lAUghs..u know, sometimes i wonder if premonitions are natural instincts..or is it a moving in the supernatural? wat too..constitutes deja vu? a familiar feelin that something/someone gives u? sHrugs..
Anyway, down till dec..i'll be taking my SATs again. Also, I'll be taking a few Microsoft exams..MCP (MS Certified Professional) -- wat a weird choice of abbrevation..laughs..to MCAD (Applications Developer)..and finally to MCSD(Solutions Developer). Have to complete and pass the exams within a 6mths period to obtain the 70% CITREP funding..gonna b tough for me to catch up...coz the other 3ppl tkin with me are my boss n 2 other colleagues..n 2 out of the 3 already have masters...kinda nerve-racking ya? And..after that...it's Christmas! My fave holiday season! can't wait! gRinz..if only there's sNow hEre! Really can't wait to celebrate! *BIG* sMile! dReamy mOod now...

YeaH!
Guess wHat? I've finally passed my driving test on Tues! I can finally drive! Yipee..! It was my 3rd try! I wasn't expecting to pass..coz my instructor changed to a much bigger car..n i'd only practiced 2-3 times before my test. Really thank God! Anyway, went to meet sam after my test to celebrate..coz i took a whole day's leave..n funny, many people came to meet us..like Steven n ushers, JY and cindy, and Keith. Anyway, to cut a long story short, somehow everyone got upset with each other for some reason or other... & in the end, we didn't get to shop much. Failed shopping attempt no. II. sigHz. Nvm..goin again on fri...and to watch some '28Days' movie. Anyway..got to talk to JY on tues night...till bout 4.30am! N I was horribly late for work yest..and on reaching..they held a board mtg to announce that the CEO has terminated his svcs with effect that day! It came as a shock, as no one anticipated that. Anyway, a professor from NUS is serving as the interim CEO till they find a suitable candidate. Sighz...only goes to show life's always moving on..nothing's permanent ya? Ultimately, it's u who chooses to be in or out.
Anyway, aside from that..last wk..my whole CG went for mk-up...combined with sis. Esther's at Daryl's hse. It was good...and Daryl plays guit for CG there. He plugs in to the amp...n i tink it's not a bad idea..sound's not bad...only that mistakes wd prob be more audible. Anyway, from this wk on, she'll come preach separately in our CG instead..n Daryl's coming to play guit. Real glad for that..coz we wdn't have to sing acapella..and also, he's gonna teach me guit...tink he teaches guit lessons at church too. Looking forward to learning...wanna start back somewhere...n also hopefully my team members can learn with me too! Hmm..feel more energetic today! Gonna start coding now..ta!

:: Happy Kid's Day! ::
MorNing! Feel awake today..so decided to wRite! Well..in the morning..my boss forgot to bring the office keys in the mOrning, n went back to get them...so meanwhile all of us who were locked out of the office went to wAlk-wAlk ard. My company has moved out of NUS to Science Park II! Surprisingly, it's nearer to home! It's just 15mins to HarbourFront from here, and with the NEL, I take less than an hour to get to Kovan! It's a good thing, coz i'll have more free time now! Hmm..tinking of taking back jazz, n trying out some other water sports! Meiling's tryin to sneak me into her SIM diving club..coz they have regular diving trips to Pulau *something*...sigHz..simply love the beach! gRinz..how 'bout u all? What are ur hobbies? Well, I rem, I once asked a classmate in sec3 what her fave pastime was, n guess wat? While most ppl wd pick movies n club-crashing..she said simply it was just to be able to lie on her bed and stare blankly at the ceiling, w/o thinking of anything at all! Well, that was the weirdest ans I ever got at that time, n I thought..'Man, she's going mental..no wonder A class ppl were called nerds'!..hMm..well..but thinking over it now..I feel to be able to do that now, is really a luxury! When I lie on my bed now..I'll start thinking of unfinished stuff, stuff I plan to do, anything that I've forgotten to do, and all kinds of weird stuff! Even get nightmares! Wonder if ppl could invent some Order-A-Dream machine..or a dose of Brain-Washing Liquid..to stimulate the mind to relax! lAughs..probably in my dreams, yah? Haha..anyway, I've recovered 90% frm my fever le. Feeling much better now..but poor sAm, he's down with high fever, flu n cough today! SigHz..maybe he got it frm me...is fever contagious? Well, hope he'll get well soon! Okie..going for lunch now. Have an awesome ChildRen's Day aHead!
